He wanted to become a nurse. What happend? Lets see.

One day will driving in is car he heard on a well known radio station that the food giant Knorr was organising a contest on who would come up with the best recipe in the province of Québec. One condition, the recipe had to be made with a Knorr product.... Guess who won?

And this is how his recipe of veal parma-rosa rolled crêpe found itself on posters, cardboard boxes and food packaging of the famous company distributed in all the grocerie stores of the province!!! Nothing less...

This event, which became a revelation, made it very clear which path he would take. Studies, training, trips, meetings and perfecting courses associated to his talent, his talent, creativity, curiosity of the senses made him: The first chef in the Eastern Townships to obtain « le sceau rouge », the highest distinction from l'institut culinaire du Canada.

He didn't become a nurse and we are all happy about it.

Today, he volunteers some of his time the Canadian Cancer Society. Each year he participates at La soirée des grands chefs, a great evening that raises tens of thousands of dollars for that cause.

Christian's choice of becoming a chef instead of a nurse has made everyone around him very happy since he takes care of them in a very special way... with his culinary art.
